我本身是ㄍ在早上上課晚上上班的人SO我沒有很多時間ㄑ運動(自己本身也有點懶惰==)但是我每天睡前都會做60下仰臥起坐AND20下伏地挺身每天喝ㄉ水一定都會在2000以上(水或茶+起來)早餐我都會固定吃三明治AND茶(無糖)中午就是家裡煮什麼我吃什麼下午就上班一路到晚上很餓ㄉ時候我才會在這ㄍ時間吃東C��
