我今年16歲身高185公分體重72公斤從14歲開始有健身習慣從原本伏地挺身1下都做不來現在最高能40下6kg的啞鈴從原本20下到現在能120下但我覺得還不夠每天煩惱肌肉讓我上課無法專心我希望肩膀能夠更寬力氣能夠更大手臂能夠更粗肌肉能夠更硬請問該如何練如呵吃才能事半功倍呢?有健身經驗or健身教練回��
