我打籃球已經有十二年的時間了可是呢我發現有一個問題時常煩惱我那就是腳抽筋一開始我以為是我暖身運動做的不完全可是我們一般去打籃球根本就不會去做那個暖身運動一到籃球場就練投了相對的我自已也是可是每當打起3打3時也許是我都會打的比較衝吧像投籃都是跳投上籃俯衝到籃下搶籃板也因��
