最近因為上班關係運動量比較少而且之前因為打籃球沒好好保養。。所以跑步膝蓋都會有負擔...能請教一下除了游泳和跑步外還有什麼方法可以靠自主訓練來有效率的減少體脂肪運動之前有在健身房待過但是最近時間真的不太多怕浪費錢~謝絕吃藥吃補的方法謝謝..
