我現在每天都要去補習班從早上8.00到晚上9.30都在那裡早上7點出門10.30到家相對的運動時間減少很多補習班便當又很油不吃又不行雖然每天早上起來跟晚上睡前會做仰臥起坐100伏地挺身50但是昨天一看好像又胖了不知道這樣做有沒有效請問還有什麼比較好的方法嗎?...Showmore
