我最近有開始在健身但是我有一個疑惑當我將滾輪推出去的時候,書上說我要變成一直線我在想我推出去的時候是要ㄍㄧㄣ住,用力的撐住,再拉回來還是說我就推出去讓身體貼在底上,然後再拉回前面一項ㄍㄧㄣ住的確會花很大的力氣,但是我覺得那一瞬間的效果好像挺大的,腹部拉回特別緊可是後面身體貼�
