關於練肌耐力和休息時間 - 健身

小弟最近在練肌耐力時,突然想到一個問題,大家都說健身的人,需要休息滿四十八個小時,甚至是完全不會酸痛,才可以繼續練。至於肌耐力,似乎是可以天天練的東西。可是當練肌耐力練到會酸痛時,隔天還可以繼續練嗎?這是小弟一直搞不懂的東西,麻煩了。
