我想要健身,但是不知道該怎嚜訓練才是最有效的請問有人能幫我安排嗎??我都是在晚上10點~12點之間練的練的時間可能只有半小時我是要在家練,沒有要去健身房我想練的部位是胸肌(包刮中縫)腹肌三頭肌大腿肌小腿肌(去除水腫)我現在手邊的健身器材只有6P啞鈴一個,2組握力器,單簧握力棒一把另外��
