想請問有在健身滴大大們...本人身高167體重60如果想要練腹肌和胸肌...該怎麼鍛練比較快?每天多少下?另外有需要吃高蛋白營養補助品嗎?因為如果慢跑應該是在燃燒脂肪...那吃高蛋白也算是增胖...那會不會自相矛盾?又有人說每天慢跑都不做健身一樣會有腹肌是真滴嗎?請懂滴大大直接解說上面...我不想再
