我最近返回健身房但是很一般我也有自己在網路上看一些影片學習(因大致忘記了......想練二.三頭肌胸肌腹肌腳力所以想請教各位我的做法對嗎????健身房器材(不太記得明子大概一下1.划船的方式我現在39kgup每次10~15下休息一分鐘做4~6組2.名子我忘了做法:桿子在上面坐著由上往下拉39kgup每次10下休息一分鐘
