我有173公分75公斤前陣子舉完啞鈴舉到一個非常酸痛的程度就會停止差不多會有5分鐘持續緊繃之後就消失了這樣正常嗎==?而且以前作完隔天都很酸痛現在都不會了只有幾分鐘感覺緊繃酸痛還有該如何讓手臂越來越粗不斷做就好嗎?還是需要額外的補助呢?比如飲食?我朋友跟我說運動完在吃肉可以補肌肉是�
