大大,我是田徑隊ㄉ,我們10月下旬要出去參加比賽,因為暑假覽懶,所以體力逐漸變差,我今天訓練,發現,我之前跑8圈才會累,可是現在跑'5圈就累了!?太恐怖了!!那要怎樣才能把失去的體力,在"還"來,請大大提供,有效。'有云:「練習不苦就不是訓練,練習怕苦就不要練。」這句話給我很大的啟示,所以我不怕苦~請大大提供意見謝謝
