最近 我每天進行5200的慢跑的訓練大概持續了約5天左右 可能是自己求好心切不斷的加強自己強度 最後導致自己的膝蓋有些問題上網爬了些文 但還是不明瞭 所以發問= =我的狀況如下1.運動完後疼痛會比較明顯2.腳可以伸直不會疼痛3.可以蹲下正常走路4.上樓梯會痛下樓梯更明顯5.每當上下樓梯�
