半夜運動成效 - 運動

想請問一下最近開始運動+控制飲食但是因為工作的原因所以運動的時間大多為0200-0400之間運動時間大約一小時不等因為之前過於肥胖所以不敢一次回復以往的運動周期怕肥肉都轉成肌肉了@@所以只有先以有氧仰臥伏地挺身抬腿跑為主只是不知道是否真的是因為時間的原因持續兩個多月了除了一開始的前�
