本人最近開始勤上重訓室,在最近開始關心如何能達到"重量訓練的最大效果"。以下是我一個身形已經鍛鍊到幾近完美的朋友(我認為的啦==)所建議的每週訓練方式:禮拜一跟禮拜四鍛鍊二頭肌跟胸肌禮拜二跟禮拜五鍛鍊三頭肌跟背肌然後腹肌則是每天必須鍛鍊的...其他的我也忘記了(不知道以上的�
