我四月初滿15歲現在國三17469這樣練身體好看嗎?我以前因為有氣喘都沒運動但是為了減肥我想練身體!!而且我喜歡打籃球!!(原本75)我有伏地挺身氣原地踏步器(就是兩個踏板在原地踏)還有軟墊(做仰臥起坐)請給我ㄧ個訓練表吧!!(有必要買跳繩嗎???)還有平常該吃什麼注意什麼睡前吃善存維他命X1鈣片X2可以嗎
