陰道的知識~想知道哪裡錯誤 - 運動

我有再作縮屁股運動~可是我不知小腹肚子該怎麼做~因為我放鬆肚子屁股就會影響到~我也會躺在床上~手指頭放陰道~做收縮運動雖然不明顯~不過有感覺小夾手~可是我還是陰道鬆鬆因為我只要打噴嚏或是咳嗽就會~有尿滴不過我又很會憋尿~雖然可能很急時~會有尿滴或是終於可以上時~放鬆會有尿滴先出來~不過~~我已經有作縮屁屁和在床上做運動真的沒有用ㄇ?
