我是女生19歲身高157體重57想要減肥想要靠慢跑減肥最近有去跑操場都跑4500m以上(約半小時)兩天跑一次慢跑小腿聽說會變很粗除了按摩之外還有什麼方法可以改善?我這樣維持下去多久才能看到成效?慢跑最容易瘦的部位是哪裡?我真的很想瘦我的大肚腩==或者有什麼其他輔助的運動可以幫助我??(不要廣告THX
