我想要減肥也想雕塑身材於是我開始去上有氧一個禮拜一堂一堂一小時還去上瑜珈一個禮拜二~三堂不定大概有四個月了可是我郤發覺我的體重仍然不動還上升了1公斤(飲食有控制)更討厭的事我小腿變粗了(運動後有做放鬆)最難過的事我居然有靜脈曲張我以前沒有的人家說運動是真的會有靜脈曲張我有問�
