請問喔我17080公斤本來沒有運動約75公斤3餐也正常吃現在有運動ㄌ跑步+仰臥起坐伏地挺身體重卻持續爭高我也沒有吃ㄉ特別多怎麼辦呢....我ㄉ肚子好像越來越大...有沒有減肚子方法
