我的身高162體重53胖在臀部及大小腿體脂肪早上量26.6晚上量23身體含水量大概53-55%骨骼肌率大約29.3%基代1200我的體脂肪偏高運動方面:有慢跑或快走一小時搭配瑜珈幾乎每天飲食方面:早餐都會吃到蛋(鮪魚蛋吐司或蔬菜起司蛋)搭配無糖豆漿,午餐一樣會吃到澱粉搭配蔬菜或豆類,晚餐則是不吃澱粉只吃魚跟��
