我想請問因為我現在是高中生大概除了一週兩節體育課會運動以外好像都沒有什麼時間可以運動而且體育課又是兩節排在同一天然後剛好是三四節上完就吃午餐了這樣運動好像也沒有用所以想問問有沒有比較好既健康又能減肥的方法另外我體重很重七十幾快八十請問如何減才能快速健康減到五六十又不�
