我是高2高中生我花很多時間讀書~我想考台清交可是總覺得睡眠時間分配不大好以下是我的困擾我一回家大約6點洗澡吃飯完大約8點可是我只要這時在書桌前讀書就會想睡很沒效率後來想說去睡一下好了結果一睡就是到12點是有精神了但也完了後來我一直就睡不著了而且持續到早上然後到了早上78點就超��
