跑步完&仰臥起坐 - 健身

最近都會去健身房運動每次去就先踩40分鐘的滑步機用操場模式踩最輕級的踩完後就會去用一些重訓的器材因為還是新手所以不知道器材名字大概有:訓練拉單槓的機器訓練大腿訓練側腰每個都只做個30下還有仰臥起坐想請問一下做完這些運動要如何拉筋做一些收操的動作因為只是想讓線條好看希望小腿��
