小弟我現在身高176公分體重65公斤偏向肌肉較多體脂肪一般健身運動做了大概有兩年多了兩年前的我非常瘦171公分52公斤雖然透過健身變胖變壯了但是離我想要的目標還是差很多現在我想要的就是體重增加到70公斤(能以上更好)然後體脂肪低說白了就是那種看起來很壯而且線條超明顯的那種但是我聽別人��
