請教大大~~我媽之前作體檢高血脂,三酸甘油脂與高密度膽固醇都不在安全區間內可是奇怪的是她不胖(158cm/46kg),每週也有作2次,1次1.5小時的簡單瑜珈課程,假日會作登山運動平常也都是家里自己煮,不會用很多油,也都有1天5蔬菜2水果以上看一般高血脂都是肥胖,不知道她應該由哪一方面來改善!??另
