我是一個小五生最近打籃球打膩了縣練田徑!!之前測過100公尺15秒56(非田徑隊)我想把速度練快一點雖然已是全班最快但還是覺得好慢....怎麼做可以飆到14秒多!?P.S:最好內容清楚明瞭所謂的"淺顯易懂"謝謝大大!!20點贊助
