家中目前只有1只18磅啞鈴另1只大約3公斤跑步目前不行膝蓋有些撐不太住目前體重急需減重請問有什麼運動不傷膝蓋而可以達到減重效果及練肌肉另外飲食早餐中午吃些晚餐都不吃這樣會傷身體嗎?
