你好我目前17歲身高181體重64算偏瘦我想要重訓讓我的身材變好因為我本身有再打籃球一個禮拜次數不一定可以請幫我規劃健身嗎?我想要變壯但是我只能在家練!我單槓反手拉也只能拉一下這樣也沒辦法練背肌有神麼辦法..
