請問一下各位大大,本人一百七十幾公分55公斤如果我要健身,我該如何健身!?我想要練肱二頭跟肱三頭跟前三角跟三角肌,和胸跟腹(希望是在健身房的方法)如果一個禮拜練2天,會有效果嗎!?該怎麼吃??本人學生預算不多我是初學者^^
