我190公分體重只有74公斤.我想胖到85公斤.我平常有打籃球.跑步.遊泳.試過很多方法運動搭配狂吃牛排和高蛋白飲料.但是最胖就是到76.沒兩天又回到74了.我想請問專家.真正的專家!我要有用的建議!可以告訴我方法.最好是一整套的.幫助我變胖!因為我不喜歡在籃下被胖子推來推去!小弟奉上20點.希望好心人��
