三角肌練的怪怪的怎麼辦 - 健身

事情是這樣的我練健身約半年看著身體日漸壯大實在很有成就感可是最近發現一個奇怪的問題我練立肢平舉左手的中束部位日漸豐滿右手卻沒有反而是前三角凸了一塊就算我刻意調整姿勢還是沒辦法我要怎麼辦呢是不是人家說的什麼前躬??
