我是女生身高163體重56,進入健身房健身才兩週我幾乎每天都會上健身房,先做一個小時的有氧,然後才做重量訓練,我不是想練像男生(或健美先生/小姐)的大塊肌肉,而是漂亮的小肌肉所以請問:1.以我目前的體重而言,會讓我練成肌肉後使整個身材看起來很壯嗎?2.還是我該先減肥之後再開始練肌肉�
