上瑜珈課一直打哈欠 - 瑜珈

才開始上瑜珈課2個月(1週1h)但最近2-3堂課時會一直打哈欠!!!!有一次很誇張每做幾個動作就打一次哈欠1h下來可能有超過20次我有問過老師她說可能身體比較缺氧>_<"要怎麼改善??最近出門上班路程中都會在車上練習呼吸(深呼吸、吐氣)後、也是一樣會一直哈欠!!!請問為什麼會這樣??...Showmore
