為ㄌ把我肚子上的那一塊肉分成6塊==現在努力作仰臥起坐每天都100下左右八但是隔了3.4個月..都沒啥成效的感覺ㄝ...100下少了嗎現在只是有點稍微一低低的看的出4塊八是100太少了還是3.4個月時間太短了..所以練不出來??除了仰臥起坐還有什麼方法可以產生腹肌的嗎比仰臥起坐還要沒成效的就謝絕了==要在6
