伏地挺身腳墊起來大約膝蓋高30下(標準的)20磅啞鈴左右手各260下仰臥起坐260下(沒壓腳)再做伏地挺身腳墊起來30下(標準的)這樣是一組早上醒來一組回家一組睡前一組一天啞鈴跟仰臥起坐都加三下我都是從30下加到現在好幾百下的一天總共做三組我目前16歲170公分62公斤這是我一天的運動量不過有人認為舉�
