我是身材算壯的人....但就肚子美中不足我原本是做仰臥起坐,大概持續了3個禮拜!後來有朋友跟我說:「做仰臥起坐,主要是在鍛鍊腹肌,所以腹部的贅肉並不會減掉,只是換成肌肉存儲,由於肌肉的密度大,因此看起來才有瘦身效果,但是一旦有段時間不做了,肌肉就會鬆垮掉,會回覆成之前的樣��
