我現在一次做伏地挺身(10下).仰臥起坐(20下).舉啞鈴(10下),都少少的做,不過整天下來約都上百下,整天在家沒事做,約一兩個小時做一次,,朋友說這樣沒效果,他說一次就要做到很ㄍ一ㄥ才有效果,做到隔天會覺得肌肉酸痛,請問這說法是對的嗎?
