之前就有再做仰臥起坐練腹肌,最近又開始練目前有四塊但最近發現左右有點不平均好像是左邊兩塊比較高一點右邊比較低一點好像是施力不同的關係吧?請問有人有同樣的問題嗎?有什麼辦法可以改善形狀呢?...Showmore
