如題.我現在165公分.體重48公斤..因為太瘦還一度被認為是女生[==].我現在國三.以後想參加棒球社所以在練下盤..我的訓練菜單如下:仰臥起坐15下伏地挺身15下蹲馬步[雙手提1公斤水桶]拉筋3分鐘印度起坐20下雙手舉啞鈴各15下跑操場5圈以上運動每天做請問各為我安排妥當嗎?我希望長高又有肌肉給10點希望有
