在下做仰臥起坐差不多每2天一次40X3組但是最近發現都是脖子和肩膀出力腹部根本沒力量甚至一下都做不起來==有沒有其他比較初階力量較小的練法呢?呼拉圈?有人能幫幫我嗎?爬了一堆文都是仰臥起坐..送20點喔很急!!...Showmore
