之前,我是一個體能很好的青年無論耐力,肌力接力都跑最後一棒,能夠單手伏地挺身,一分鐘仰臥起坐可以近60下持續150下沒問題騎單車再久再遠再累都沒問題"鐵腿"(台語)這件事跟我幾乎扯不上任何關係直到....一次練車時(特技單車)向後摔到腰當時真的爬不起來....再一次是因為足球賽去拉傷鼠�
