請問一下,如何正確做仰臥起坐,脖子才不會粗啊?我目前是整個人平躺,然後雙腳打直,藉由腰的力量,將雙腳直直的升起,可是這樣做,似乎脖子也會使力,這樣久了,對脖子好像也不好。請問有其他的建議方式嗎?另外,伏地挺身,我是採用下去後(有使用伏地挺身器),撐5秒,然後上來一下子,�
