小弟是初學者還在摸索階段,練健身我先練啞鈴,練到力竭手痠之後,發覺已經無力作伏力挺身了如果先做伏力挺身我可以做1組10下,大約可以做10組,共100下請各位大大建議,需再一天做完時間隔開一點,還是分2天輪流做的好呢?麻煩誠懇回答!!20點另外:我去網路買了乳清蛋白,吃乳清蛋白會傷身嗎...Showmore
