請問一下我很久沒運動了~~想練一下身體~肚子已經一團肉ㄌ~前天做了快30個伏地挺身隔天手臂和胸部那兩塊肌肉就超酸痛了~是太久沒運動嗎?那這問題該怎麼解決~我這樣做一休2~目前還是有點痛~怎麼持之以恆呢?有什麼辦法~還有我21歲~180~75~都胖在大腿和肚子~跑步能消掉肚子的游泳圈ㄇ~還有瘦身~瘦大腿~
