我每次做完伏地挺身或是仰臥起坐,早上睡起來時肋骨跟手臂或是腰都好痛.....我都是直接做沒有先做暖身操之類的,是不是這個原因阿...?可以避免這些痛嗎?我現在國三快升高1了做這些運動會不會對骨骼有傷害?我聽別人說國中階段做這些做太多會對骨骼有傷害,有人說沒有....到底有沒有==??...Showmore
