伏地挺身完胸部會痛 - 運動

以前有段時間每天都有做伏地挺身的習慣.因為實在是很累.所以很久沒做了.現在又開始在做這項運動.只是每次做完之後發現胸部的那塊骨頭都感覺緊緊的.而我只要將兩邊的肩膀往前壓.或是用力挺起胸部.會聽到啪..啪..的聲音.骨頭好像就鬆了很舒服.以前跟現在都會有這種情形.不知有沒有人知道是什麼��
