伏地挺身次數無法增加是做標準的手彎曲下去到胸部位置下去時手軸與地方接近90度我就只能做第1組4~5下接下來做第2組就只能1~2下然後就完全無力手臂會抖再來就是撐著60秒再來就做不下去了每周3~4天這樣做半年了次數就是無法增加是吃得太少的問題嗎.也都不吃垃圾食物了三餐正常也睡飽..不抽菸喝酒.
