伏地挺身的做法(20點) - 運動

我今年是高一生,目前想要用伏地挺身的方式鍛鍊身體....可是我不太瞭解伏地挺身該怎麼做才是正確的,看其他人做手臂都是彎曲的,可是我不管怎麼做手臂都彎不下來,而且不知道是姿勢錯誤的關係...這樣子做伏地挺身很吃體力,通常做到五下左右手就開始痠了...不知道有沒有經常運動的人能告訴我
