想要練手臂肌肉和胸肌我每天做伏地挺身30+25+25+25+30啞鈴(4kg)前舉15*3側舉12*3後舉10*3還有基本的舉啞鈴3025252525開合跳100*3大概就這樣這樣夠嗎??手臂細想練壯一點我伏地挺身有買那個ㄇ字型的那輔助的做可以做比較低一點可是次數反而會變少大概都做20下要上來就很吃力為什麼??
